Welcome to Orbital. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Orbital mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by BlinkIQ LLC ("BlinkIQ," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using Orbital, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Orbital

Orbital is a geography game intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational use.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to interfere with its operation, access it through unauthorized means, exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.

2. Accounts and Game Data

Orbital may store information associated with your use of the Service, including game progress, scores, streaks, statistics, purchases, and customization preferences.

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for maintaining appropriate access to your device and account.

3. Orbital+ and Subscriptions

Orbital may offer an optional paid subscription called Orbital+.

Features and pricing associated with Orbital+ will be displayed before purchase. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed through the applicable platform.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to the policies and settings of the applicable app store. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Prices and available subscription plans may change over time where permitted by applicable law and platform policies.

4. In-App Purchases

Orbital may offer additional optional purchases, including cosmetic items, themes, or other digital content.

Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to that store's payment, refund, and purchasing policies.

Digital items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Orbital and its associated software, graphics, designs, branding, game mechanics, content, and other materials are owned by BlinkIQ LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our content or software except where permitted by law.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, add, or remove features from Orbital over time.

We do not guarantee that the Service or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

7. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Service if a user violates these Terms, abuses the Service, interferes with other users, or engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

8. Disclaimer

Orbital is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

While we work to provide accurate geography content and a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that all information, game content, or features will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlinkIQ LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

10. Privacy

Your use of Orbital is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.

Continued use of Orbital after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
